Harvest Hills South Community Development District
Harvest Hills South Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on March 12, 2025 by the Board of County Commissioners, Pasco County, Florida, Ordinance No. 25-18 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
Harvest Hills South CDD encompasses an area of approximately 429.871 acres entirely within unincorporated Pasco County, Florida. The land within the District is generally located south of Clinton Avenue Extension, west of Handcart Road, east of Curley Road and north of Kiefer Road. Harvest Hills South CDD expects to plan establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain additional systems and facilities.

Harvest Hills South Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on March 12, 2025 by the Board of County Commissioners, Pasco County, Florida, Ordinance No. 25-18 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The District may also exercise the special powers set forth in Sections 190.012(1), (3) and (4) as well as the special powers for parks and recreation services and facilities and security services and facilities, pursuant to Sections 190.012(2)(a) and 190.012(2)(d), Florida Statutes.
The powers and functions of the District do not replace, diminish, or obviate the applicability of any County ordinance to the property and the development of the said property, currently within the District, as described in Exhibit 2 of the Petition, and as the said District might be expanded or contracted.
